The game really turns up the heat with a tropical island theme complete with crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches, palm trees, and erm, flaming skulls! The 5×3 reel set up is displayed within the open lid of a treasure chest and the symbols themselves are made up of a motley crew of pirates with names like Biggie, Smelly and Wrench, plus there’s their parrot called Biscuit and other pirate based paraphernalia! You’ll also notice there is a space above the middle three reels. During the Skulls UP! Re-Spins feature, the middle reels can grow up to six symbols in height. Any additional Wilds (either Flaming Skull or Skull Wilds) will open up a new position above the reels, increasing the height and number of ways to win. The maximum height of the reels is six symbols. Each time a Flaming Skull Wild is part of a winning combination it will be extinguished before the next re-spin.

Flaming Free Spins

Skulls UP! is a brand-new game that hasn’t actually been released as of yet. It is a new spin on an old concept, which is that it is all about pirates. They did a good job of staying with the theme in Skulls UP! Features align with what you’d expect from a piratey adventure.

The aim of the game (other than winning cash) is getting those treasures that have been long hidden. There are palm trees, giving you the vibe that you’re hanging out in the tropics. Something you may appreciate during the long, dark winter months.

In light of the main theme of the game, you will be going on a journey with a pirate crew. This of course includes parrots and those little monkeys that are integral to any pirate adventure. You are going to feel like you’ve drifted away to the tropics in Skulls UP!

There are basic, lower value symbols that are the card royals. They will be presented to you on coins made from wood. The characters all come with names, creating a bond with the game that makes it all the more fun.

The Parrot is Biscuit, the monkey is known as Wrench (kind of a cool play on words if you ask me.) There are also some pirates in the mix. No-Beard is the pirate that is going to bare the most gifts for you. He can give you a win that is from x2 to x20 more than your stake.
